Shipping is provided by DHL. For orders above € 50, shipping within the Netherlands is free. Within the Netherlands, shipping costs of € 4.95 are charged on orders of less than € 50. We charge € 2.95 for packages within the Netherlands that are suitable for letter post. After the package has been sent, you will receive a tracking code, with which you can trace the package in the delivery process.
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of your payment via DHL with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer DHL Extra shipping with required signature, additional costs will be charged. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. Whatever shipping you choose, you will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track your package online.
Our boxes are large enough to send your items well protected. Particular care is taken with fragile objects.

14 days money back guarantee
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you want to return / exchange because you don't like the product or because you want a different color, you pay the return costs yourself. We ask for understanding, as a small shop we cannot yet offer a free return.
In case of a defect within the warranty period or a shipment where unexpectedly something is wrong, you will receive a return label from us with which you can return the shipment free of charge by handing it over at a DHL point. Returning the products is at your own risk; we therefore recommend that you pack the return product properly and keep a track and trace code.
To exercise this right, you should always contact us first with our customer service . You will then receive information about the further procedure.
If you have let us know that you want to return your purchases, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days. This 14-day period commences on the day you have indicated that you want to return. After receiving your purchase back, you will receive the purchase amount back.
