Packaging and Handling:
We aim to get orders shipped out the same day, however, this cannot be guaranteed. All orders are packaged and shipped within 1 business day of the order being placed. We use USPS's Priority Mail and First-Class Mail for all orders.
First-Class Mail: (Only allows up to 13oz. and bubble mailer envelope is used for shipping)
USPS states "Delivery in 2 to 5 business days" but we are seeing 1 to 3 business days.
Does not include insurance. If you want your shipment and packages insured please choose "Priority Mail" as this includes up to $100 in coverage.

We are always facing changing weather across the world. So we have taken precautions to During the warmer temperatures you may see melted products, depending on the shipping and handling of the product after it leaves our hands. We are taking extra precautions to mitigate products being affected by our weather and environment, but cannot guarantee that melting or freezing will not occur during shipping.
Way to help mitigate your products from being affected by weather or other natural causes
Choose Priority Mail, for faster shipping times to prevent packages from longer travel times.
Track your delivery and be available when it arrives, so the package does not sit in the heat or cold any longer than it has to be.
Bring the box inside and let the package adjust to a low room temperature before opening it
We prefer you order gummies on Mondays or Tuesdays during the warmer temperatures so the packages are not stuck on a shipping truck over the weekend.
We encourage CÜR customers to replenish their products when they are at half volume remaining. This will help ensure that you have products at all times without delays. We are currently shipping to all 50 states, unless otherwise stated by your state, town, city, etc. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally… yet!

Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service throughout your CBD experience. Upon the arrival of your shipment, please check the package carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. CUR LLC offers up to a 30-day guarantee on eligible orders. Process for Unopened Products:
Email email@example.com to alert us that you are returning your unopened product(s) within the 10-day return policy. Verify return address with us in this step.
You are responsible for the shipping and condition of the product when returning orders to CUR LLC. Please make sure you have verified the return address through firstname.lastname@example.org before sending it back.
Once we receive your products and have verified they are unopened we will issue a refund and send an email confirmation. Please wait 5-7 days for a refund, after being submitted on our end.

Process for Damaged Products:
Our team ensures that each package is handled with care while in our possession, but we do not have control over the care of the package after the handler has received the package from CÜR. Our normal method of shipping is USPS First-Class, which does not include any insurance. If you are wanting to insure your package, please choose USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

Damaged product(s) must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package. Contact email@example.com and include the order number, detailed information for any product damaged, and photo proof of product and shipping box. Keep all shipping information and packaging during this process, as we may need to have the item returned to us for claim verification with the package handler. Some shipping companies require the receiver to initiate the claim, therefore we may ask that you start the claim.
Melted products are not considered damage, as this is due to weather and shipping conditions outside of the control of CÜR. (See "Melted Products" below)
